Hickok 6000A Mutual Conductance Tube Tester

Late model 6000A and tube chart is dated 1969 and easily moves from end to end. The Original Hickok case which is still in good solid shape with tattering of the leatherette. The case may show its age, but the chassis is in beautiful condition. 
If you want a new custom case to make to make this 6000A look great inside and out please ask. I have 2 case made and ready to go.

Calibrated and Near Perfect Specs in the original case. This particular 6000A appears to not have been used much if all. The original Hickok labeled RCA 83 and 5Y3GT rectifiers tubes are still in this 6000A and tested as good as NOS, and the tube island appears to be virtually unused.

NOS Jewell Meter calibrated for the Hickok 6000 series tester @ 100 microamperes and 1165 ohms. Very smooth slow movement with no banging at either end, and easy to adjust to the line. A NOS 50uF Sprague capacitor was added to the meter on separate lugs (pic 2). The last pictures shows the new meter full scale with 100uA applied which is perfect.

Included is a DVD of the operation manual that includes tube data, obsolete, foreign, and domestic; voltage specs; schematic; additional information on maintenance, and Hickok's calibration procedures for the 6000/A.
