Bias fuse added.

This 539C can be adjusted to work on 230 volts. Directions are in the manual.

See pictures 6 thru 9 for calibration specs and information that includes the added bias and AC line jacks for this 539C. These pages should tell you all you need to know about this 539C.

No trick to use the jacks just plug in a multimeter or other accurate DCV digital meter in the 2mm sockets, red to positive and black to negative (bias set to read positive voltage although negative is being applied), and it will read the actual DC bias voltage being applied in the test. Same with the AC line and filamentjacks except positive and negative does not matter; just plug in a multimeter or accurate digital ACV meter in the 2mm plugs and it will read the actual AC voltages. The AC line and bias jacks are particularly helpful with applying the correct voltages.

Please see the calibration information in the pictures.

The yellow Fluke Multimeters seen in the photos are not included and shown for demonstration purposes only!

The orange multimeter used for mA test results is included.

A DVD with manual and tube data will be included on request, or  I can email the contents of the DVD.
