Kit includes almost everything needed to install the digital main meter with plate current readings.
You will need to hook up the plate current as well as the Gm meter. These meters are very sensitve and only using 3.5 digits out of the 4.5 digits, and the Gm meter will require a 10uF, or higher, electrolytic capacitor (not provided) hooked up directly to the Gm meter in order to get a stablized reading. Otherwise the pulsataing DC voltage causes the meter to flucuate too much due to its sensitivity. The plate current needs to be hooked up under the board directly to the meter so it will also help to keep the wiring longer to make hooking everything up easier. No specific directions for this meter, just follow the main meter directions and hook up the plate current, and add a capacitor.
 
If you have no experience in this field you should not purchase this meter package and stick with the regulat main meter kit. The 539B/C can provide plate current results on its own without this kit.
